Liability for Content
We make every effort to keep the information on our Web site current, but accept no liability whatsoever for the content provided. Pursuant to §7 par. 1 of TMG (German Tele-Media Act), the law limits our responsibility as a service provider to our own content on these Web pages. According to §§8 to 10 of TMG, we are not obligated to monitor third party information provided or stored on our Web site. However, we shall promptly remove any content upon becoming aware that it violates the law. Our liability in such an instance shall commence at the time we become aware of the respective violation.

Privacy Policy for the use of Facebook plugins (like button)
On our webside there are integrated some plug-ins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The can recognize the Facebook plugin  by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button ("Like") on our side. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our site, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. By this Facebook gets the information that you have visited our site together with your IP address. If you click on the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our sites to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to assign visiting our pages to your account. We point out that we as provider of this site have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and how they are used by Facebook.
